TERM OF SERVICE

Anyone possessing any of my designs/artworks is considered knowing these informations. Not respecting them will result in a blacklist. For an artwork, I will earn full rights of it and will be able to commercialize it.

These terms were last updated April*, 15, 2024*.

GENERAL

The deadline for a commission/custom is between 1 week and 3 month (it depends on my health, the difficulties, my schedule, etc...).
2 slots at a time will be available but in the future I’ll maybe create a waiting list (for now there isn’t one).
I can reject any commission/custom for any reason.
The prices can change depending on the order’s complexity.
Once the commission/custom is finished or the adoptable paid, I’ll send it via email in the adequate format, there won’t be any print of commission unless you asked for it before (I’ll talk about it with you in that case).

PAYEMENT

I accept euros and the dollar equivalent as payments but sometimes I can also take drawings, customs and characters.
I’ll ask to be paid once we validate the commission/custom and I have all the information needed to start working on it. Do not pay before that ! Depending on the price, you’ll be able to pay two times, the first half of the price when we validate the commission and the second when we validate the sketches. Take note that I won’t continue the order until I’m paid. For the adoptable, I’ll ask you to pay after I agreed with you on a price.
Euros and dollars transfer will be done on Paypal.
An additional charge can be asked if the client decides to modify a detail previously validated (adoptable excluded).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Once you paid, there is no refund, unless I made a mistake that requires one.
If you’d like to cancel your commission/custom after it was validated, there is no refund, unless I didn't start working on it.
In case of big difficulties for me, I can cancel a commission/custom, I’ll warn you about the problem and refund in the 48h after my message.
You can ask for a refund if I’m not able to finish your order before the deadline above.

AS AN ARTIST AND COMMISSIONED/ CREATOR OF THE ADOPTABLE,

I can use the order/adoptable for my portfolio and to promote my work.
I won’t earn money on this order/adoptable by using or selling it to someone else.
I don’t possess the intellectual property of the commissioned piece.
I retain all copyright over the commissioned order.

Prohibited to claim the artwork as your own or tell that you made it.
Prohibited to reproduce/trace, or take advantage of it by selling/commerciazing it or feeding it to AI without my approval.
Prohibited to edit the artwork without my consent.
Prohibited to remove my watermark/signature. </aside>

AS A CLIENT AND COMMISSIONING/BUYER OF THE ADOPTABLE,

The intellectual property of the order belongs to you.
You need to give me credit for my work when publishing it on any social media.
You cannot use the artwork/character for a commercial purpose unless I give you my approval. I will ask for an extra fee if you’d like to commercialise them.
You can use the commission for reselling an OC that became an adoptable without any delay. Reselling a custom/adoptable that I made can be done after 1 month.
You cannot resell character for more than what you paid for them, unless they got additionnal art.
You cannot delete the Toyhouse page of an adoptable/custom and/or create a new one (even in case of co-owning).
You can NOT edit the artwork without my consent.

PROGRESS OF THE COMMISSION/CUSTOM :

You ask me to do one for you and we start talking together about it via email, Instagram private messages or Disord (your choice). You can give me some references to help me understand your request and allow me to start working on it. The initial price will be fixed and paid at this moment.
I start working on the commission/custom once I get everything I need and your approval, doing some sketches and showing them to you, allowing you to give me indication and a final approval for the final piece. I won't work on the commission/custom unless I have your approval for the final artwork.
Once the final sketch is approved, I start working on the final version. It's possible that I show you a flat colored version of it if I’m not sure about something but it’s not always the case.
Once I have finished the final artwork, I’ll show it to you one again for a final approval before sending it to you via email in the final format.

I’ll be as honest as possible about the progress made on it and I won’t hesitate to contact you if I’ve got an issue while working.

BUYING AN ADOPTABLE :

Once you apply to buy one of my adoptable or you gave the highest bid for one, I’ll contact you in private to announce it to you and talk about the payment and your newest OC. Once we agree, you can pay me.
If you’d like some changes on the character, you can ask me to edit it for free if the changes aren’t too big. Once you’re happy with it I’ll send it to you via email.
